Christmas deliveries

When placing your order, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

The Cut off Days below take into account a 2 business day turn-around for processing your order, plus travel time considering your selected delivery method, based on the estimate provided by Star Track and Australia Post.

Orders must be placed before the following dates to ensure your order is dispatched before the Christmas Break.

You are still able to place your order after these days, and we will be working very hard to process your order, however we cannot guarantee your order will be dispatched before Christmas.

During this busy period we rely on the service of third party couriers to complete your delivery. We will dispatch your order on time taking into account delays, however we are unable to be held responsible for late deliveries during this period as it is out of our physical control. 

Please note: Specified delivery dates cannot be guaranteed when using the Standard Delivery Option. Please select Premium Delivery if your order must be delivered on a specific day.

Deliveries are not commonly made on weekends, but during this busy time, couriers may deliver on weekends.

Bulk Orders

Our Website is designed around the processing & shipping of gift hampers to one address & is not suitable for the processing of orders to multiple addresses. For orders going to multiple addresses, please download our Creative Hampers Order Form and fax or email it to us. Freight on bulk orders is calculated by our team members after an order has been placed.

Certain terms & conditions apply to bulk orders and they also require a lead in time. Some gifts within our range may not be available for bulk orders. For all bulk orders please direct your enquiries to our office so that we are able to better discuss your needs & any other applicable discounts or delivery options which you may require.

Please note that during our peak season in December, delivery times my take longer than usual. This is beyond our control.

Pricing

Standard Delivery - $17.95 per order

  • Delivery estimates:
    • NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC metro: 1-3 business days
    • SA and TAS metro: 3-5 business days
    • WA, NT metro: 5-8 business days
    • All regional areas: add 1-2 business days to metro estimates (deliveries may be made to the closest post office for some regional locations)
  • Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Requests for delivery on specific days cannot be guaranteed when standard shipping is selected, however we will always do our best to aim for delivery on the requested date.
  • Orders to multiple addresses and multiple orders to one address are regarded as separate orders and will incur a delivery cost of $11. Please use the Bulk Order Form when shipping to multiple addresses.
  • Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order. If Creative Hampers is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details or if a patient has been discharged from the hospital that charge will be passed onto you. It is your responsibility to inform Creative Hampers immediately if an order has not arrived. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at support@hampercorp.com
  • Any delays in delivery are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible if this occurs.  You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.


Premium Delivery - Delivery On Requested Date 

  • Delivery on your requested day for $22.95
  • Available for Sydney, Canberra, Woollongong, Newcastle, Gosford, Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Adelaide, Perth. 
  • Deliveries to locations not listed above may take 2 business days for delivery.
  • Not available to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
  • Orders placed before 1pm (Sydney AEST) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be delivered on the following business day.
  • Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order. Same Day Delivery/Next Day Delivery - Sydney Metro ONLY

  • Available to selected Sydney metro postcodes for $22.95.
  • Only available to choose at checkout prior to 10am AEST on business days.
  • Not available to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
  • Recipient MUST be home to sign for parcel. Couriers will NOT take parcel to closest Post Office or leave unattended on premises if no one is available to sign for delivery. This is to ensure that the parcel is safely received by the intended recipient (a re-delivery fee will apply if delivery needs to be re-attempted).

 

Next Day Delivery - All Major Cities

Express Delivery - Regional Locations

  • Available to areas outside of major cities for $22.95.
  • The majority of express orders placed before 1pm (Sydney AEST) Monday to Friday are delivered the following business day, however this is not guaranteed.
  • Deliveries to some regional locations may take 2-4 business days for delivery and deliveries may be made to the closest post office.
  • Requests for delivery on specific days cannot be guaranteed when express delivery is selected, however we will always do our best to aim for delivery on the requested date.

NOTE: During December, please allow extra time for delivery due to the busy Festive period.

We use reliable couriers who make their best endeavours to deliver within the timeframe specified above, however, this is not always guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. For non-metro or remote areas, always allow an extra day or so.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Creative Hampers containing your order details. We will make our best endeavours to deliver an order by the date requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

If your delivery is going to a patient in hospital, please ensure that all the details are accurate and that the patient is still going to be there within the specified time. Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly. Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order.

Please note that we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box and there are no deliveries made on weekends or public holidays. Please allow extra delivery time for orders placed one week before Christmas.

Packaging

When it comes to packaging, Creative Hampers aim to give every recipient the ‘WOW” factor experience. Our high quality gifts come packaged in luxurious designer boxes, bound with satin ribbon bows that the recipient will want to keep forever. Every gift is carefully packaged here in our Sydney studio and only the most luxurious, but practical packaging materials are used to ensure that the contents arrive to its destination in the same condition they left.
