Australia Post and all delivery services are extremely busy this Christmas. 

If you would like your packages to arrive before Christmas we recommend choosing Premium Delivery at checkout.  Australia Post have advised that the deadline for Christmas delivery using standard delivery was Saturday 12 December.  Please order before 12noon on Friday 18 December and choose Premium Delivery if you would like your hampers to arrive prior to Christmas....otherwise it may not arrive in time and we do not want you to be disappointed.

Please note all deliveries are taking longer than the usual stated delivery times at this busy time.

Bulk Orders

Our Website is designed around the processing & shipping of gift hampers to one address & is not suitable for the processing of orders to multiple addresses. For orders going to multiple addresses, please download our Creative Hampers Bulk Order Form and email it to us. Freight on bulk orders is calculated by our team members after an order has been placed.

Certain terms & conditions apply to bulk orders and they also require sufficient lead time. Sadly, some gifts within our range may not be available for bulk orders.

Please note that during our peak season in December, delivery times my take longer than usual, so plan ahead.

 

Delivery Costs

 

Standard Delivery - FREE

  • Normal Delivery estimates (please allow longer at peak times):
    • NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC metro: 1-3 business days
    • SA and TAS metro: 3-5 business days
    • WA, NT metro: 5-8 business days
    • All regional areas: add 1-2 business days to metro estimates (deliveries may be made to the closest post office for some regional locations)
  • Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Requests for delivery on specific days cannot be guaranteed, however we will always do our best to aim for delivery on the requested date.
  • Please be careful when entering your details as mistakes can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses please include the business name with your order. If Creative Hampers is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details or if a patient has been discharged from the hospital, these will be passed onto you. It is your responsibility to inform Creative Hampers immediately if an order has not arrived. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at help@hampercorp.com 
  • Any delays in delivery are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible.  You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.

 

Premium Delivery 

  • Additional fee of $13
  • Available for metro areas and most regional locations (please allow up to 2 business days for delivery during normal periods, longer if at peak times).
  • Not available to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
  • Orders placed before 1pm (Sydney AEST) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be delivered on the following business day.
  • Please be careful when entering your details as mistakes can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses please include the business name with your order. If Creative Hampers is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details or if a patient has been discharged from the hospital, these will be passed onto you. Same Day Delivery/Next Day Delivery - Sydney Metro ONLY

  • Available to selected Sydney metro postcodes for an additional $25
  • Only available to choose at checkout prior to 10am AEST on business days.
  • Not available to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
  • Recipient MUST be home to sign for parcel. Couriers will NOT take parcel to closest Post Office or leave unattended on premises if no one is available to sign for delivery. This is to ensure that the parcel is safely received by the intended recipient (a re-delivery fee will apply if delivery needs to be re-attempted).

 

Delivery Information

We use reliable Freight and Postal companies who try their best to deliver within the timeframes specified, however, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. For non-metro or remote areas, always allow an extra day or so.

If your delivery is to a patient in hospital, please ensure the details are accurate and that they will be there within the specified time. Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly as incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order.

There are no deliveries made on weekends or public holidays.

Please order early and always allow extra delivery time at Christmas.

Packaging

When it comes to packaging, Creative Hampers aim to have the ‘WOW” factor. Our high quality gifts are packed in luxurious designer boxes all tied up with satin ribbon. Every gift is carefully packaged here in our Sydney studio to ensure they arrive at the destination in the same condition they left.
