For orders going to multiple addresses, please download our Bulk Order Form and email it to us. Freight on bulk orders is calculated by our team members after an order has been placed so we can get it to your recipients in the time you want it & also cost efficiently.
Depending on the time of year, Bulk orders can take extra time to fulfil so plan ahead. Please note some terms & conditions apply & some gifts within our range may not be available for bulk orders.

During our peak season in December, delivery times may take longer than usual.
We use reliable Freight and Postal companies who try their best to deliver within the timeframes specified, however, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. For non-metro or remote areas, always allow an extra day or so.
If your delivery is to a patient in hospital, please ensure the details are accurate and that they will be there within the specified time. Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly as incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order.

Every gift is carefully handpackaged here in our Sydney warehouse to ensure they arrive at the destination in the same condition they left.
Customers are our No.1 priority. We know how important your gift is and we try our utmost to deliver by the date requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses please include the business name with your order. If Creative Hampers is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details or if a patient has been discharged from the hospital, these will be passed onto you.
