All advertised prices for hampers and freight are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.
In making a purchase from Creative Hampers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by Email, or be means of a notice on our homepage.
We make every effort to have stock available of all items, however in certain circumstances where an item may not be available, Creative Hampers reserve the right to substitute those products with a replacement item guaranteed to be equal or greater value than the original item.
For photographic purposes some products have been featured with additional props. These props are not included in the gift boxes. Unless an item is listed, it is not included in the hamper.
Gift hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18.
Creative Hampers may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service. Creative Hampers may release appropriate information to third parties such as courier companies to assist with the fulfillment of your order.
These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Creative Hampers does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
Creative Hampers’ Security Policy
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.
Creative Hampers uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Creative Hampers or any outside party.

Creative Hampers uses personally identifiable information for essential communications such as Emails, accounts information and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing list by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.
Links on the Creative Hampers site to external entities are not covered within this policy. The terms and conditions set out in this privacy statement only cover the domain name of Creative Hampers and Corporate Hampers.
Refund & Returns Policy
If a product is damaged through the delivery process, please call Creative Hampers to arrange for the gift to be returned and a replacement sent. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
Cancellation of Orders
All cancellation of gift orders must be made no later than 48hrs prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). Creative Hampers will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Please refer to the delivery page of this web-site to find out estimated delivery times for your destination. Creative Hampers makes its best endeavors to deliver an order by the date requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
If your delivery is going to a patient in hospital, please ensure that all the details are accurate and that the patient is still going to be there within the specified delivery time. Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly. Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order. If Creative Hampers is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details or if a patient has been discharged from the hospital, that charge will be passed onto you.
It is your responsibility to inform Creative Hampers immediately if an order has not arrived. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at email@example.com. We use the latest technology in delivery tracking and can locate the order.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full by Creative Hampers.
Orders must be received by 1pm EST for next business day Sydney Metro deliveries to Sydney. Please refer to delivery page for other city cut off times.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Please allow an extra 3 working days delivery time for orders placed between 18 – 24 December.
