All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
We dispatch orders once payment is received in full. You'll receive an email confirming your order. Corporate and bulk orders are confirmed by quote and tax invoice, and may need a deposit to secure stock and your delivery date.
We work hard to keep every item in stock. If an item is unavailable, we'll replace it with one of equal or greater value.
Some photos include props for styling. Only the items listed in the product description are included in the hamper.
Hampers containing alcohol can only be bought by, and delivered to, people aged 18 or over. Our couriers may ask for ID, and may not leave alcohol with anyone under 18.
Delivery times are estimates. We do our best to deliver by the date you ask for, but some delays, such as courier delays or severe weather, are outside our control. Deliveries are made on business days only, not on weekends or public holidays. Please order early for busy times like Christmas, and see our Shipping & Returns page for delivery options and cut-off dates.
Please check the delivery details carefully. For business addresses, include the business name. For hospitals, include the ward, and check the patient will still be there on the delivery date. If a hamper has to be redelivered because the details were wrong, or the recipient had left, we may pass the courier's redelivery fee on to you.
If your order hasn't arrived when expected, let us know and we'll track it down for you.
If your hamper arrives damaged, contact us with a photo and we'll replace it.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To change or cancel an order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the dispatch date. Once an order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled. For branded or custom orders, we may charge for costs already incurred, such as printed ribbons or items bought specially for your order.
We only use your details to process your order, deliver your gifts and, if you agree, send you updates and offers. We share delivery details with our couriers so they can deliver your order. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Card payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Your card details are encrypted and are never stored in full by Creative Hampers.
