- Sort out delivery details early. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, and couriers only run Monday to Friday. Include the business name and floor for a workplace, and remember someone over 18 must sign for anything containing alcohol.

Do all gourmet hampers contain alcohol?
No. Our gourmet range includes both. Some hampers pair food with wine, champagne, beer or spirits, and others are entirely food based. Please note that anyone receiving a hamper containing alcohol must be 18 or over to sign for it.
How much should I spend on a foodie gift hamper?
Most people spend between $89 and $150 for a friend, family member or colleague. Client gifts and milestone occasions usually sit between $150 and $250, and luxury gifts start around $300. Price generally reflects the quality of the wine or spirit included rather than the sheer number of items, so a smaller hamper can still feel very generous.
Can you deliver a hamper to an office?
Yes, and workplace delivery is one of our most common requests. Include the business name and floor or suite number with the address so the courier can find the right reception desk. Deliveries run Monday to Friday during business hours only, and we cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. For alcohol, someone over 18 must be available to sign.
How long will the food in a hamper keep?
Most items are shelf stable pantry goods such as crackers, chocolates, nuts, oils and preserves, so they keep comfortably for weeks or months without refrigeration. Best before dates are printed on each product. If a hamper contains anything fresh or chilled, that is noted on the product page, and we recommend timing delivery so the recipient is home to receive it.
Can I send hampers to several addresses at once?
Yes. Our checkout is built for one delivery address per order, so for multiple recipients download the bulk order form or contact our team on 1300 305 430.
