Corporate hamper FAQs
Can I customise corporate hampers with my branding?
Yes. We can print your logo on the ribbon (free on 10+ hampers), include a printed card with your message, and add your own postcard or marketing material. We can also build custom hampers to suit your theme and budget.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single hamper or several hundred. Free logo ribbons start at 10 hampers, and bulk pricing is available on larger orders.
Can you deliver to lots of different addresses?
Yes, that's what we do every day. Fill in our bulk order form with each recipient's name, address and card message, and we'll take care of the rest.
How much notice do you need?
We recommend 7 to 10 business days for most orders. For large or custom orders, and anything for Christmas, a little more notice helps us get everything perfect.
How do invoicing and payment work?
We issue a tax invoice with GST for every order. For larger orders or orders delivered later, we take a 50% deposit to lock in your hampers and stock, with the balance due before delivery.
Do you have alcohol-free options?
Yes. Many of our hampers have no alcohol, and we can often swap the wine or champagne for a gourmet alternative. Let us know about any dietary needs and we'll suggest suitable options.
Do you deliver to New Zealand?
We deliver within Australia only, but we're happy to recommend a trusted supplier for your New Zealand recipients.
